DHL international service & Shipping fees:
We use the DHL services to ship your orders. The sky is the limit. For deliveries to South Africa, we use air freight and to increase delivery speeds. We charge a shipping fee of R600.00 for deliveries within South Africa and R900.00 for delivery addresses outside South Africa. The shipment is sent directly from our distribution centre in Bristol.
How do I get my tracking number?
After we have handed over your parcel to DHL you will receive an email with all your shipping details. You can use the information provided to track your package. Please note that the activation of the tracking link might take up to 2 days.
If you do not receive an email from us with your shipping details, please make sure to check your spam folder as well. Otherwise, you can request your track and trace code by writing an email to our customer service or use our contact form: click here. With this code you can track the status of your shipment at any time.

Please note that the tracking and tracing results are sometimes available with a time delay. Therefore, we ask you to update the parcels location regularly.
How long is the delivery time?
Our delivery time for most of our products is between 15 and 20 business days. However, shipping times might differ depending on seasons and demand. You can contact us via the contact form, if you need more information regarding the delivery time.
